Refunds & Returns

Every Wearable/IM item is printed on demand for the buyer who ordered it — there's no shelf to put it back on. That changes how returns work.

Defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email support@wearable.im within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number (e.g. M5A2F1B3D4),
  • a clear photo of the issue and the printed care label.

We'll replace it free of charge or, if a replacement isn't possible, issue a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Wrong size or "I changed my mind"

Because every item is custom-printed for one buyer, the EU's standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 246a § 1 (3) Nr. 1 EGBGB / § 312g (2) Nr. 1 BGB). We can't accept returns for size-related issues — please use the size guide on the watch page.

As a goodwill exception, if you contact support within 24 hours of placing the order and it has not yet been forwarded to print, we'll cancel and refund.

Lost in transit

If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you don't have it, please check with neighbours and your carrier first, then contact support. We'll investigate and re-ship at our cost where appropriate.

Refund timing

  • Stripe / card refunds — 5–10 business days back to the card.
  • PayPal refunds — instant to PayPal balance, 3–5 business days to a linked card / bank account.
